An issue spotlight is a close reading, not a plot dump. We sit with one Marvel digital comic issue, name the creative credits as printed, and follow three page turns that the community kept quoting. Sound-effect lettering, gutter jokes, and cameo panels get space if they earned it.
The second half of the spotlight is reception: which forums treated the issue as a love letter to an older run, which tables called the colour hold muddy, and whether collectors talked about the story at all once the drop window closed. That last point matters. A comic can be traded in silence; we still try to write about the pages.
Spotlights never pretend Portal Field Grid holds a licence from Marvel Characters, Inc., Marvel Entertainment, LLC, or The Walt Disney Company. Character names appear because the issues print them. The write-up is informational and for review.
If you want a particular issue on the desk, say so by phone or email. We will tell you whether that issue is already in the queue.
