This website does not sell products through a cart, subscription button, or payment form. There is no checkout to reverse on the page.
When money does change hands
If you agree a recap, drop-day note, briefing, spotlight, or digest by telephone or email, we may send an ordinary invoice for that writing. Payment then happens off this website, through the method named in the invoice.
If the writing is not delivered
If we take an agreed fee and then fail to deliver the promised document, we refund that fee in full to the same route it arrived, unless a different route is required by the bank.
If you change your mind before work starts
Tell us before we begin the week’s reading. An unused slot is cancelled without a fee. Once we have started gathering threads or marking pages, a partial refund may apply for unused hours only. We will say the remaining figure in writing.
If you dislike the tone
Taste is not an automatic refund. We will correct factual errors in issue titles, credits, or UK drop hours at no extra charge. We will not rewrite a recap into a marketing sheet.
What cannot be refunded because it was never sold here
Digital files you download from other companies, Veve listings, Marvel comics, or any cryptocurrency transfer are outside this policy. Portal Field Grid does not take custody of those items.
